Cost Share Program Highlights and Terms
These program terms apply equally regardless of which equipment seller supplies the trap package. Review the dates, award process, incentive, and acreage rule before applying.
Program terms: Sign-up: August 11th–September 11, 2026. Ranking & Awarded: after September 11, 2026. Cost share incentive: 75% of cost up to $20,000. Number of traps: 1 trap per 500 acres you control, whether owned or leased.

Talk with our teamBefore anything else, make sure your property fits the program:
- You own, lease, or co-op at least 100 acres in Arkansas.
- You’ve got photo proof of hogs or their damage on the land.
If that’s you, move on to Step 2 and put a Boar Blanket to work.
Applications run August 11 – September 11, 2026. Here’s where to go:

Heads up: have a photo of hog damage handy — it’s required to submit.
Once you are awarded, move from approval to action with the Arkansas Boar Blanket package.

We’ll reach back out to finalize your Boar Blanket order and confirm the details before you’re charged.
Here’s how the AGFC reimbursement works, start to finish.
- Complete the form from AGFC — remember, there are only 30 days to submit your application.
- Select the Arkansas cost-share package.
- Get approval for purchase from AGFC.
- Pay the full invoice.
- Submit your paid invoice to AGFC for your first payment — 45% of eligible cost.
- Submit proof of hog catch for your second payment — the remaining 30% (75% total).
